I've been assuming you'd be having a girl without even thinking of it, so I guess I'll stick with that. I'll see if I can get the rest of the family to commit tonight--it will probably be best to assume just opposite of what we say; we're not good at this kind of thing. -Lori
Valerie, Your Dad and I are guessing TWINS, a boy AND a girl. Cool, huh?! Actually, probably because I always say "Bethany's girls", I have found myself saying "Valerie's girls" but we love boys, too, so how about just a healthy, happy baby.
I'm guessing it's a boy. Then you would have even numbers of males and females in your family. On the other hand, a girl would be cool because then it would be 3-to-1 girl power!
Ok, here's the rest of the Kurtz predictions (they run fairly tightly along party lines): Eric-boy, Steve-boy, Cede-girl, Jenna-boy, Shelby-girl, and Tyler-boy. I must say, though, that twins did come up more than once. Enjoy the sneak peak!
Great-aunt Lyn is guessing a boy. I'm not sure why, but when I was talking to Grandma Debbie and we were talking about Val's ultrasound, it just seemed like it should be a boy. The Blatters are sure excited for the new arrival -- we wish we could see and play with Naomi! Another trip to San Francisco would be fun!! We'll be waiting for the news tomorrow. Love, Lyn
Kenny thinks it will be a girl since you make such good ones, and he can't picture you with a little boy yet. However I am thinking that you will have a boy and Val can find out what it feels like to be totally in love with two men!! Either way-we're excited for the new addition and looking forward to getting the cousins all together. Love ya! Echo, Kenny & Nolan
I predict that this little baby won't let you find out this time. Maybe a boy...maybe a girl...either way it's a little stinker. (I'll probably lose this one :)

I'm voting for a girl, because those are the only kind of babies I know. :)
I'm going to guess that it's a girl.
I'm guessing a boy since it's been so different from your last pregnancy!

I'll guess boy. Did you try all the folk methods of predicting? You really should before Thursday to see if any of them work.
...April.
I say boy. However, I promise to love the little Merrell no matter what.
:-)
Love Paul
